White & Lewis Dare To Dream Of Premier Title

Two of Legends Lounge Premier League 1's title contenders put on quite a show by hitting six of the thirteen ton plus checkouts overall to bring themselves up to third and first in the table.

Neil White occupies top spot after a 7-0 whitewash of Del Bryce was followed by a magnificent 7-2 success over Ben Waters.

White nailed two maximums in the second matchup to go alongside one in his first, and also plundered checkouts of 118, 113 and 104 to move himself firmly into contention at the top of the tree.

Waters had earlier looked in good nick to put up more of a fight after claimed a 7-1 success over Lewis Byrne with checkouts of 102 and 116 adding to a maximum.

Lewis Dare is just two back in third after a 7-2 success over Chris Edgecombe that contained checkouts of 102, 104 and 106 to go alongside his 180.

Dave Hollow sits comfortably in contention in what looks like a four way battle for the crown after a 100 checkout helped him to a 7-3 victory over Sean Burkitt.

Sean Taylor makes up the quartet and is still joint top after his 7-0 win over Richie Noel that included a 180 whilst Dean Richards fired a 108 checkout in the only leg he won during Tom Graham's 7-1 success.

Frankie Stout fell to a 7-5 defeat to Dave Barton in spite of a maximum and checkout of 114 whilst Barton made it two wins from two starts with a 7-6 triumph against Graham.

A 7-0 win for Dan Jewell over Sarah Brown included a 180 to keep him within five of Premier League 2 leader Andrew Cook after playing the same amount of games.

Brown made up for that disappointing performance by dispatching Dan Giles 7-6 whilst Jayden Dodd is within striking distance of the top in third after a 7-6 triumph over Steve Mills.

Nick Cordrey fired checkouts of 106 and 112 to help him better Damian Chalmers whilst Nathan Langdon was a 7-6 winner over Simon Wilbraham.
