Andrew Cook bagged a stunning four maximums as well as a 118 checkout in a 7-0 demolition job of Del Bryce in the Legends Lounge Premier League 2.

Sean Taylor hit three of his quartet of maximums on the night in a 7-4 win over Darren Smith, who checked 125 in a single visit for the best finish of all Premier League 2 competitors.

Taylor's fourth 180 came in another 7-4 win, with his second victim of the night being Cornwall ladies star, Sarah Brown.

Smith didn't fair much better in his second match of the night as he was defeated by the same 7-4 score line by Scott Hutchinson.

Hutchinson followed that with a 120 three dart combination out shot in a 7-1 triumph over Liam Taylor, who himself nailed a 109 in a 7-4 loss to Nick Cordrey; a first success of his six game old campaign for Cordrey.

Frankie Stout heard a maximum called after throwing no fewer than three times, but still fell to a 7-1 defeat at the hands of Scott Lawrey whose highest checkout was 112.

Lee Hellings tops the standings from Lawrey on six wins from six played after a 7-2 win over Sean Burkitt; Hellings' better legs against record sees him edge ahead of his rival.

Dave Hollow and Paul Gavican shared a maximum a piece, but it was the latter who came out on top with a 7-3 triumph.

Maria O'Brien's 129 checkout in a Premier League 1 win over Danny Bull was one of seven legs the former England international claimed without loss in a 7-0 whitewash win.

The highest checkout of the entire night contributed to O'Brien moving her way up to third in the early standings.

Paul Palmer claimed a 7-4 win over Kieran Burns and also got the better of his opponent in the 180 stakes with two to Burns' one.

Tom James' solitary maximum was the only moment of magic in a 7-2 win over Lee Hunter whilst James Ewing bagged a 7-1 win over fourth placed Paul Hendy.

Hendy's second outing of the evening was more successful as he claimed a 7-2 win over Robbie Aitken, who lost by the same score line to Dan Brazier in a match that saw Brazier fire his first 180 of the campaign.

Chris Edgcumbe continued his promising start to life in the newly formed league as he threw one maximum in a 7-1 defeat of Matt Kingdom.
