Andrew Nation continued his stunning start to the Plymouth & District Friday Darts League season with a third straight prize for the least number of darts for the week in a 9-4 win for his King Billy team at Kings Tamerton.
Nation (28.60) fired in a dominant display to put away 1001 points in just 35 darts after also hitting the match's only maximum earlier in the contest.
Despite ending on the wrong side of a defeat, John Brownlow and the imperious Richard Lynch both took individual successes to give themselves a share of a six-way tie at the top of the individual table.

Steve Harris hit the only 180 of the contest but still ended up on the wrong end of a 7-6 defeat as Octagon got the better of Queens Arms.
Simon Washington continued his strong start to the season to add his name to a congested top of the individual leaderboard.
Ker St B were upwardly mobile in the standings as they defeated Lugger by a 13-0 scoreline whilst Rob May banged in the only maximum for Tradesmans B who fell to Queen & Constitution 9-4.
Rich Wyllie's 112 three dart combination checkout in this tie gave the Devonport team the highest checkout of the week prize.
