Lee Hellings matched Reed's 116 checkout against Anna Pearce in a 7-2 win for the former during a contest that saw both players add 180s.
Pearce made up for that defeat with a 7-0 success over Josh Furneaux whilst Scott Wapshott continues to lead the standings after a 7-4 win that saw Gary Clarke put on a solitary maximum.
Steve Mills fired three 180s in two outings to move to third with the first two coming in a 7-0 victory over Kelly Burkitt before Mills added a third maxi in a 7-5 defeat against Tex Pearce who nailed a 111 checkout.
In Premier League 2, James Nicholls showed his class with three 180s during a 7-2 win over Darren Smith in a clash that started as the pair being the top two in the division.
That was thanks to Smith's 7-2 win over Robbie Aitken that saw both players nail a 180 but Nicholls extended his lead over Smith with a 7-3 victory over Warren Page.
Aitken had a mixed bag in his other two games as after a 7-1 success over Tom Wilson saw another maximum, Aitken suffered a 7-3 loss against title chasing Sean Taylor.
Taylor put on quite a display with two maximums nestling alongside a 101 checkout whilst another three treble visit came in a 7-0 triumph for Frankie Stout.
Ten divisional maximums was completed by a Dave Lee effort in his 7-3 success over Del Bryce whilst Andrew Cook and Liam Taylor started the more modest total of four in Cook's Premier League 3 win.
Taylor ended with one more maximum than points in the 7-0 defeat to Cook whilst Tommy Graham bagged himself a 180 during his 7-5 triumph over Nick Furneaux.
Simon Wilbraham followed his 7-1 win over Sean Burkitt with a 180 during another 7-1 win with his latest victim being Kirsty Whiting-O'Brien.
Whiting-O'Brien played three games on the night with a a 7-3 win over James Ewing followed by a 7-0 loss to Neil White.
White added a 110 checkout in that affair and this followed a 7-3 victory over Lewis Byrne whilst Lisa Hellings claimed a notable 7-6 win over Ben Waters to complete the night's action.
