Neil Paints The Town White

Neil White (26.36) showed the type of form that saw him regularly selected for Devon during a Plymouth Open League Division A 7-4 win for Victory over Falstaff.

White added a 180 and a 17 dart leg in his 2-0 win and was well supported by AJ Brunton who produced two moments of his brilliant best.

Brunton's maxi was joined by a three dart combination out shot of 126 in another 2-0 individual triumph whilst a 78 out from Dean Pidsley for Lugger B contributed to an 8-3 win over Legends Lounge.

Simon Wilbraham was the top performer with ten tons that helped Lugger A to an 8-3 triumph in a visit to Fawn A.

A maximum topped up that total whilst the only moment of magic for the defeated team came from the arm of Nuria Bonet with an 83 kill.

Prince Maurice FC peppered the board with 180s but still found themselves on the wrong end of a 9-2 defeat against Beacon Park as Jack Wilkinson's brace was added to by Jordan Lee and Sam Frampton.

Two of the 180s came in the same 38 dart 1001 leg put away by Wilkinson and Lee whilst the only moment of magic from the victorious away side came from Danny Hoyle's 70 kill.

A 180 from Jordan Grimshaw gave Royal Naval Arms the platform to claim a 7-4 win over Pennycross whilst Mainstone A were 9-2 winners at Johnno Legends.

A solitary maximum from Nick Miller was the best moment of Cherry Tree B's 7-4 success over St Johnston A whilst Prince Maurice were also 7-4 winners at St Levans.

Ty Carthy's 106 and a 74 from Steve Marker gave Ker St C their best moments but they were still undone by Fortescue in a last game shootout 6-5 that was won by Russell Hitchcock 2-0.

In Division B, a 17 dart leg lit up King Billy A's 8-3 win over Weston Mill and Kev Stout found a 92 checkout for King Billy B but still found himself on the wrong side of a 9-2 at Mainstone B.

Finishes of 110 and 88 from Alan Brady and John Brady sat nicely alongside a 180 from Tom Elphick as Fawn B breezed past Ker St A 8-3.

Checkouts of 101 and 84 by Callum Baker and Jenson Manning lit up a 6-5 win for Baker's Queens Arms against Manning's Cherry Tree C.

A 78 single visit checkout from Mark Lashbrook helped Cherry Tree A to a 7-4 victory when visiting Legends Lounge B.

Darryl Pinnegar put up an 84 checkout for Bluebird in their 10-1 triumph over Shakespeare whilst Tap & Barrel were downed 6-5 by Duchy.
