Lewis Shows It's Still Dare

Dare also added the game's highest checkout to his night's work whilst the only maximum came from the arm of his teammate Lee Hunter.

Ben Welsh heard scores of a ton or more called no fewer than ten times after throwing but still found himself on the wrong end of an 8-3 loss as Hyde Park were downed by St Levans.

Welsh teamed with Bob Wood to fire a 601 leg in just 21 darts to claim a 2-1 triumph whilst teammate Lee Dennis secured the best leg of 501 in just 17 darts during his 3-2 individual reversal.

Glyn Carpenter's 70 combination out was only bettered by Anna Pearce who heard 'game shot' called at the first time of asking from 100.

A ten ton haul from Mick Bingham led Victoria to an 8-3 win at Kings Tamerton B in a match that saw checkouts of 94 and 112 from John Goodall and Steve Williams respectively.

Chris Beale's 180 was the only one of it's kind during the narrowest of losses for Victory Inn at Fawn A by a 6-5 score line.

Beale's 130 checkout was the divisional best for the week and pushed a 98 from Phil Hoskin and 72 by Kirsty Whiting O'Brien into second and third highest for the matchup overall.

A 126 checkout from Arthur Pearce sat nicely alongside 17 and 16 darters from Stan Preen and Nick Bryant in respective 3-0 wins during a 10-1 win for leaders Cherry Tree D over Herbert.

Whilst the away side only heard 'game shot' called in their favour in two legs, Julia Langdon's 180 gave the team some respite from an otherwise tough night competitively.

Rob May's two 100 finishes lit up the Duchy derby but his B team still ended up on the wrong end of a 7-4 loss to the A team despite those efforts.
