Hurley Bird Catches The Worm
Of the three rearranged games played in the Monday Premier League this week, Dan Hurley's sixteen ton plusses was the standout performance during a 7-4 win for Bluebird B over Brewery Tap.

The teams shared the high checkout honours with both Vince Scallan and Del Bryce finding the mark in a single visit from 89.
There was also three maximums with Scallan and Bryce joined by Bryce's teammate Lewis Byrne in achieving that particular feat.

Frankie Stout's performance was way beyond what to expect for his years as he nailed twelve tons plusses for the defeated team whilst a 17 dart leg from Kev Rice was the best of the singles phase in a 3-2 win over Stout.
Having completed that game on Sunday, Bluebird B were in action again on Monday night; narrowly falling to a 6-5 defeat against visitors Union Inn.

That win owed much to the form of Dave Hollow who added a 119 checkout to his fourteen three figure score haul overall.
Two more Union players were affective throughout the evening as Steve Towl's twelve tons were added to by teammate Nathan Langdon who added eleven efforts of his own.

Hollow's 3-1 singles success gave his team an unassailable 6-3 lead, and was achieved with the help of a leg in 18 darts.
Paul Freeman added twelve tons to the scoreboard but couldn't arrest his Cherry Tree A team from falling to an 8-3 defeat to Bluebird C.

That win was helped along by a Glenn Halford ten ton haul whilst teammates Nick Perring and Glenn Austin added a 180 each.
