Bryant Tops Tons For Top Team

Nick Bryant ended his night on ten tons for leaders Beacon Park in a Plymouth Open League Division A 10-1 win over Lugger B.



Bryant also teamed with Graham White and Arthur Pearce (25.67) to claim 1001 points in 39 darts in the second trebles.


Phil Hoyle was also prominent with a 180 in the doubles before rounding off his singles with a 2-0 win that contained a 17 dart leg.



Keith Carter also showed his undoubted class wtih an 86 checkout that was the best of all finishes in a match that saw the leaders drop just two legs all night.


Mark Sargeant's 16 dart leg was the main highlight of a 6-5 success for Fawn A in their home encounter with St Levans.



Dave Williams fired a 17 darter and a 96 checkout for Prince Maurice who took an 8-3 win from their trip to Legends Lounge OGs.


Lee Doncaster was a 2-0 singles winner thanks in part to a 17 dart leg during Victory's 7-4 win at Prince Maurice FC that also saw AJ Brunton check 108 in a three dart combination.



Weston Mill Oak Villa won 6-5 at Cherry Tree B after a 180 from Jordan Grimshaw contributed to the score being 5-5 going into a Shane Roberts singles, which he dispatched 2-0.


Matt Forder heard 'game shot' called at the first time of asking from 102 for Lugger A who were 7-4 better than Fortescue.



The only checkout to better Cam O'Brien's 80 kill was a 90 from Ryan Horn as O'Brien's Mainstone A were eventually downed by Horn's Falstaff 6-5.


The scores were tied at 5-5 going into the final individual game before Alex Brown showed his class with a 2-0 win to give his Southway outfit the spoils of a good battle.



Stephen Lamerton's 75 checkout was the best of all twenty finishes in a 7-4 win for Lamerton's Pennycross over Ker St C whilst St Johnston A bested Johnno Legends 7-4.


In Division B, Cherry Tree A's Dan Nixon checked 70 and 74 but still found himself on the wrong end of a 6-5 loss versus Duchy whilst a 7-4 win for Mainstone B over Herbert saw a Sid Hurrell 74 kill.



Kian Nation added the only 180 of the match for Cherry Tree C as they came away from the Bluebird with a 7-4 victory whilst Ker St B won 9-2 at home against Tap & Barrel.


Ker St A were 7-4 victors at Agaton A, Fawn B took a 7-4 win at Kings Arms, King Billy won a Devonport derby 11-0 at Shakespeare whilst King Billy B and Weston Mill were 6-5 better than Legends Lounge B and Albemarle.
